Kahak (Persian: کهک) is a city in the Central District of Kahak County, Qom province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district.
Demographics
= Population
=At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 2,766 in 797 households, when it was in the former Nofel Loshato District of Qom County. The following census in 2011 counted 2,906 people in 883 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 4,837 people in 1,480 households.
After the census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Kahak County, and Kahak was transferred to the new Central District as the county's capital.
