KickSat adalah proyek satelit-kecil (femtosatellite) yang diresmikan pada awal Oktober 2011, yang meluncurkan sejumlah besar satelit sangat kecil dari 3U CubeSat. Satelit telah ditandai sebagai ukuran perangko besar dan juga sebagai "ukuran cracker" . Peluncuran misi awalnya dijadwalkan pada akhir 2013. Dan diluncurkan 18 April 2014.
Kicksat mencapai orbit dan sinyal suar diterima oleh radio amatir, data telemetri memungkinkan prediksi orbit dan masuk kembali pada 15 Mei 2014 sekitar 01:30 UTC.
