Klaim Alabama adalah serangkaian tuntutan ganti rugi yang dilayangkan oleh pemerintah Amerika Serikat terhadap Britania Raya pada 1869 akibat serangan-serangan terhadap kapal-kapal dagang Negara Utara oleh kapal Angkatan Laut Konfederasi yang dibangun di galangan kapal Inggris selama Perang Saudara Amerika. Klaim tersebut berfokus pada kapal-kapal penyerang paling terkenal, CSS Alabama, yang mengambil lebih dari enam puluh jarahan sebelum kapal tersebut tenggelam di pesisir Prancis pada tahun 1864.
