Lami Rural District (Persian: دهستان لامی) is in the Central District of Ahvaz County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Gobeyr-e Yek.

=At the time of the 2011 National Census, the rural district's population was 18,042 in 4,323 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 15,370 in 4,169 households. The most populous of its 21 villages was Daghagheleh, with 5,116 people.
