Ledenice offensive was Army of Republika Srpska (VRS) attack to break the defense of the 107th Cavalry Motorized Brigade near Gradačac and to put pressure on the ARBiH.
The Events
Immediately on January 1, the VRS pushed the HVO and ARBiH to the city of Gradačac, the Army of Republika Srpska first captured 2km² remaining of Čardak that was under the control of the ARBiH and HVO, then they took Borovo Polje, then they took control over Gornje Ledenice and Donje Ledenice and finally Sibovac near Gradačac, about 28km2. Serbs now had a better view to shell Gradačac and Serbian villages of Šamac were more safe from ARBiH. Later there was an exchange of corpses between Serbs and Bosniaks.
Aftermath
In 1994 ARBiH launched Operation Istok 94 taking back 8km² of the land Serbs took in there offensive near Gradačac. And other 12km² from operation corridor 92 on the eastern side.
