Leo Motzkin (juga Mozkin; 1867 – 7 November 1933) adalah seorang pemimpin Zionis Ukraina. Seorang pemimpin Kongres Zionis Sedunia dan sejumlah organisasi Yahudi dan Zionis, Motzkin adalah penyelenggara utama delegasi Yahudi untuk Konferensi Perdamaian Paris 1919 dan salah satu pemimpin Yahudi pertama yang melakukan perlawanan terhadap Partai Nazi di Jerman.
