Throughout its history, especially since its international expansion in the 21st century, thousands of wrestlers from different countries have had the opportunity to fight in the professional wrestling company WWE, some marking a milestone for wrestling in their country. This is a list of foreign male wrestlers who have been in WWE. As the name implies, the list does not include wrestlers born in the United States, although it does include those from associated territories such as Puerto Rico, whose wrestlers are considered "foreigners".
It is important to note that there have also been cases of wrestlers who were born in one country, but within WWE represented another under a gimmick based on clichés of that nationality. Others who are American by birth, but have foreign ancestry. Such wrestlers, as well as those who mostly exercised other extra-luchistic roles (managers, announcers or commentators), are also not included in the section.
