Magila (Kata ya Magila, in Swahili) is an administrative ward in Muheza District of Tanga Region in Tanzania. Magoroto and Kicheba wards form the northern boundary of the ward. The Tanganyika ward is to the east. Kwemkabala, Mbaramo, and Tingeni are to the south. The ward covers an area of 25.4 km2 (9.8 sq mi), According to the 2012 census, the ward has a total population of 6,758.
