Maklavan-e Pain (Persian: ماكلوان پائين) was a village in Sardar-e Jangal Rural District of Sardar-e Jangal District, Fuman County in Iran's northwestern Gilan province.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 894 in 233 households. The following census in 2011 counted 835 people in 254 households.
The villages of Maklavan-e Bala and Maklavan-e Pain were merged to establish the new city of Maklavan in 2013.
