Martha Mattox (19 Juni 1879 – 2 Mei 1933) adalah seorang aktris pada era film bisu asal Amerika yang paling terkenal karena perannya sebagai Mammy Pleasant dalam film tahun 1927 The Cat and the Canary. Dia juga memainkan peran dalam Torrent (1926). Dia meninggal karena penyakit jantung pada usia 53 tahun.
