Martin-Pierre Gauthier (1790–1855) was a French architect.
A student of Charles Percier, he won the Grand Prix de Rome in 1810 with a project for a Christian basilica. He stayed at the Villa Medici between 1811 and 1814.
On his return to Paris, he was architect of the Paris hospices and the Louvre of Napoleon I. He taught at École Polytechnique. He was elected a member of the Academy of Fine Arts in 1842 and named chevalier de la Légion d'honneur in 1844.
