Marwan al-Barghutsi atau Marwan Barghouti (pelafalan dalam bahasa Arab: [مروان البرغوثي]; lahir 6 Juni 1959) adalah pemimpin gerakan Fatah. Saat ini ia masih menjadi tahanan seumur hidup di Israel dan merupakan tapol paling berpengaruh di balik jeruji tahanan Israel.
