      • Miss Iloilo is an annual beauty pageant in Iloilo City, Philippines. It is held every January during the Dinagyang Festival. It is organized by the Iloilo City Government and the Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc. (IFFI).
      It was first staged in 2020 and replaced the Miss Dinagyang beauty pageant (formed since the 1970s). Winners have the chance to represent the City of Iloilo in three of the biggest national pageants – Miss Universe Philippines, Binibining Pilipinas, and Miss Philippines Earth. These competitions determine who will represent the country in Miss Universe, Miss International and Miss Earth pageants, respectively.
      The reigning Miss Iloilo is Alexie Mae Brooks from the municipality of Leon, who was crowned on January 13, 2024, at the WVSU Cultural Center in La Paz, Iloilo City, Philippines.


      Titleholders


      The list of winners is from the current and new titles of Miss Iloilo only and does not include the previous titles of Miss Dinagyang.
      The Miss Iloilo titles, collectively referred to as Heartfelt Queens, include Miss Iloilo – Universe, Miss Iloilo – World, Miss Iloilo – Binibini, and Miss Iloilo – TMP (The Miss Philippines), etc. These titles are officially announced one week after the pageant, along with the respective national assignments assigned to the winners.
