Nafian Alionzi also known as Legasson Nafian Alionzi Alionzi (born 2 March 1996) is a Ugandan professional footballer who plays as a goal keeper for Mekelakeya SC in Ethiopia.
Early life
Alionzi was born in West Nile, Adjumani District to Salim Lega and Marian Dudu in a family of four.
Football career
Alionzi's football career begun in West Nile with Onduparaka FC after his senior six at Kibuli Senior Secondary School.
He was also the goalkeeper of the West Nile Province the FUFA Drum (Inter- Provinces) tournament.
= Onduparaka FC
=Alionizi played for Onduparaka FC from to 2023. He promoted the team from the second tier (FUFA Big League) to Uganda Premier League.
= URA FC
=Alionzi joined URA FC from Onduparaka FC in 2016 where he had played for 7 years. He left URA in 2023 after 26 appearances and 12 clean sheets in the Uganda Premier League then joined Ethiopia's Mekelakeya SC on a one year contract.
= Mekelakeya SC
=Alionzi moved to Ethiopia's Mekelaya SC which is also known as Mechal or Defence Forces SC in 2023 on a one year contract.

=Alionzi made his debut on the Uganda's national men's football team in 2021. He has made six appearances and was named as one of the goalkeepers for the AFCON squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
