Neal Hart (7 April 1879 – 2 April 1949) adalah seorang pemeran dan sutradara Amerika Serikat pada era film bisu. Ia tampil dalam 125 film antara 1916 dan 1949. Ia juga menyutradarai 23 film antara 1919 dan 1928.
Ia lahir di Staten Island, New York dan meninggal di Woodland Hills, Los Angeles. Ia adalah sepupu jauh William S. Hart, dan dikebumikan di Holy Cross Cemetery, Culver City, California.
