Neil Gordon Kinnock, Baron Kinnock (lahir 28 Maret 1942) adalah seorang politikus Britania Raya. Sebagai anggota Partai Buruh, ia menjabat sebagai anggota parlemen dari 1970 sampai 1995. Ia menjadi ketua Partai Buruh dan pemimpin oposisi dari 1983 sampai 1992.
