Nicholas Miklouho-Maclay (bahasa Rusia: Никола́й Никола́евич Миклу́хо-Макла́й; 17 [K.J.: 5] Juli 1846 – 14 [K.J.: 2] April 1888) adalah seorang penjelajah, etnologis, antropolog dan biologis asal Rusia. Ia dikenal sebagai salah satu ilmuwan terawal yang bermukim dan mengkaji suku-suku bangsa di Papua yang tak pernah melihat orang Eropa.
