Over the Counter is a lost bootleg cassette-only hip-hop album by Snoop Doggy Dogg, (later renamed Snoop Dogg) in 1991. This was the first album recorded by the soon-to-be-famous rapper, and the only one released before his work with Dr. Dre in 1992.

Current status
The tape was recorded as a demo cassette, as such, it was never officially released. Very few authentic copies are known to exist and only 6 of the 17 songs have been uploaded to the internet. 6 of the found songs made their way to the compilation album Foesum – The Lost Tapez.
