Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Qiddiya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is set to be a venue for the 2034 FIFA World Cup, where it will host fixtures in the group stage, round of 32, round of 16, and the 3rd place playoff. The stadium has a capacity of 45,000 people and is named after current Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Description
Construction on the stadium will begin in 2026. Its opening will take place in 2029, when it will be used by Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr of the Saudi Pro League.
The stadium will be atop the Tuwaiq Cliffs. It will feature a retractable roof and the stadium will be climate controlled.
