Qaleh-ye Seyyed (Persian: قلعه سيد) was a village in Shamsabad Rural District of the Central District of Dezful County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
Demographics
= Population
=At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 4,091 in 913 households. The following census in 2011 counted 4,607 people in 1,142 households.
After the census, the village of Shamsabad merged with the villages of Khalteh, Qaleh-ye Seyyed, and Shahrak-e Towhid in the establishment of the new city of Shamsabad.
