Qarah Bolagh (Persian: قره بلاغ) is a village in, and the capital of, Chaman Rural District of Takht-e Soleyman District of Takab County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 283 in 62 households. The following census in 2011 counted 248 people in 58 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 165 people in 52 households.
