Rebecca De Mornay (nama lahir Rebecca Jane Pearch; lahir pada 29 Agustus) adalah seorang pemeran dan produser Amerika Serikat. Peran film puncaknya timbul pada 1983, saat ia memerankan Lana dalam Risky Business. Ia dikenal karena berperan sebagai Debby Huston dalam film Neil Simon The Slugger's Wife. De Mornay juga dikenal karena peran-perannya dalam Runaway Train (1985), The Trip to Bountiful (1985), Backdraft (1991), dan The Hand That Rocks the Cradle (1992).
Peran film lainnya meliputi The Three Musketeers (1993), Never Talk to Strangers (1995), Identity (2003), Lords of Dogtown, Wedding Crashers (keduanya 2005), dan Mother's Day (2010).
