Jean Yvan Robert Hungley (born 15 February 1957) is a Mauritian politician who has been Vice-President of Mauritius since 7 December 2024.
He was born on 15 February 1957 in Rose Hill. He worked in Mauritius Docks. He was elected as municipal councillor for Beau Bassin-Rose Hill in 1995 and 2001. He served as mayour of Beau Bassin-Rose Hill from 2004 to 2005. He was a candidate in the parliamentary elections of 2010 and 2019.
He has been member of the Mauritian Militant Movement since 1975.
