This is the third game in the 3/info/rugby" target="_blank">Rugby 3/info/challenge" target="_blank">Challenge series. It is the sequel to 3/info/rugby" target="_blank">Rugby 3/info/challenge" target="_blank">Challenge and 3/info/rugby" target="_blank">Rugby 3/info/challenge" target="_blank">Challenge 2, both of which were developed by Sidhe. 3/info/rugby" target="_blank">Rugby 3/info/challenge" target="_blank">Challenge 3 was released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 on April 14, 2016 in New Zealand, and in Australia on April 22, 2016. It was released for Microsoft Windows on June 24, 2016.
3/info/rugby" target="_blank">Rugby 3/info/challenge" target="_blank">Challenge 3 is the first game in the series to include the seven-a-side variant of 3/info/rugby" target="_blank">rugby union. It is also the first in the series to include a licence for SANZAR teams. However, it does not feature the Top 14 or The Pro12.
