Shahrak-e Taleqani (Persian: شهرك طالقاني) was a village in Tashan-e Sharqi Rural District of Tashan District, Behbahan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
Demographics
= Population
=At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 211 in 47 households. The following census in 2011 counted 271 people in 67 households.
In July 2013, the village of Mashhad merged with the villages of Ablesh, Chahardahi-ye Asgar, Chahardahi-ye Sohrab, Deh-e Ebrahim, Kalgeh Zar, Masiri, Shahrak-e Taleqani, and Tall Kohneh to form the new city of Tashan.
