Stuart Donald Blair Picken (1942 – 5 Agustus 2016) adalah seorang filsuf, akademisi, dan rohaniwan Skotlandia. Ia merupakan pakar terkenal tentang etika dasar dan pemikiran Jepang. Pada 2007, ia dianugerahi Ordo Khazanah Suci oleh pemerintah Jepang atas karya-karyanya.
