Sundream Motion Pictures Ltd. (Hanzi tradisional: 驕陽電影), juga dikenal sebagai Sundream Pictures, adalah sebuah perusahaan produksi dan distributor asal Hong Kong. Perusahaan ini merupakan anak perusahaan dari penyedia televisi berlangganan i-Cable Communications Ltd..




Perusahaan


Sundream Motion Pictures adalah rumah produksi dinamis dengan misi untuk memproduksi film berkualitas tinggi dan memelihara bakat muda untuk industri film. Perusahaan memulai kegiatan usaha sebagai tanggal 23 Maret 2005. Presiden film ini adalah Tsui Siu-Ming, sebuah produser film lama dan dewan direktur I-CABLE.




Film


Film pertama Sundream Motion Pictures adalah film tahun 2006 49 Days, yang dibintangi berhala Cantopop Stephen Fung and Gillian Chung. Sundream dirilis film lain pada tahun sama, seperti A Battle of Wits yang dibintangi oleh Andy Lau, dan Twins Mission yang menampilkan grup musik ikon-remaja Twins (Gillian Chung dan Charlene Choi).
Usaha sutradara pertama Yau Nai-Hoi adalah Eye in the Sky, dirilis pada tahun 2007, menikmati keberhasilan di Hong Kong, memenangkan beberapa penghargaan di festival film di seluruh Asia dan Amerika Utara.
Sundream terus memproduksi dan mendistribusikan film. Film berikutnya Sundream meliputi Howling Arrow yang diarahkan oleh seniman bela diri Sammo Hung dan Linger kisah cinta disutradarai oleh Johnnie To dan dibintangi Vic Zhou dan Li Bingbing.
