History
= Formation and early years (2013–2018)
=On January 2, 2013, episode of NXT, Michael McGillicutty turned face by saving Bo Dallas from a beating at the hands of Primo and Epico. On the next episode of NXT, Dallas and McGillicutty lost to Primo and Epico, though Dallas and McGillicutty would gain revenge when they defeated Primo and Epico in the first round of the NXT Tag Team Championship tournament to crown the inaugural champions on the January 30 episode of NXT. On the February 6 episode of NXT, Dallas and McGillicutty were eliminated in the semi-finals, when they lost to The Wyatt Family (Luke Harper and Erick Rowan) due to interference of Bray Wyatt. After that, they had parted ways as Dallas went in a feud for the NXT Championship and McGillicutty returned to the main roster with a new ring name, Curtis Axel.
Three years later, on the January 4, 2016 episode of Raw, Adam Rose, Bo Dallas, Curtis Axel, and Heath Slater debuted a new villainous stable and assisted Slater in defeating Dolph Ziggler, calling themselves "The Social Outcasts". On February 21, at Fastlane, Axel defeated R-Truth, with interference from fellow The Social Outcasts members. At WrestleMania 32, all of them competed in the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, which was won by Baron Corbin. In May, The Social Outcasts began filming The Marine 5: Battleground, taking them out of action. During this time, Rose was released from his WWE contract and The Social Outcasts returned minus Rose on the June 27 episode of Raw, confronting Enzo Amore and Big Cass, but lost to them the following week on Raw. At the 2016 WWE draft, Dallas and Axel were drafted to the Raw brand while Slater went undrafted, ending the stable. After the draft, Dallas and Axel continued as allies until the October 17 episode of Raw, where Dallas attacked Axel. The following week on Raw, Dallas defeated Axel by pinning him while grabbing Axel's tights.
On the June 19, 2017 episode of Raw, Intercontinental Champion The Miz approached Dallas and Axel, offering to make them "the stars [they] deserve to be" if they become his entourage, and later that night, Dallas and Axel appeared in bear costumes during an in ring segment between Miz and his wife Maryse, attacking Dean Ambrose. Dallas and Axel, now dubbed "The Miztourage", began helping Miz in his matches and occasionally teamed him with him, including winning efforts against Dean Ambrose, Heath Slater, and Rhyno on June 26 episode of Raw and Jason Jordan and The Hardy Boyz (Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy) at SummerSlam. At No Mercy, they helped Miz to defeat Jason Jordan to retain his title. At WrestleMania 34 on April 8, 2018, they participated in the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal but both of them failed to win the match. As part of the Superstar Shake-Up, Miz was moved to the SmackDown brand, while Dallas and Axel remained on the Raw brand. On the April 16 episode of Raw, during a tag team match, Dallas and Axel turned on Miz, ending their alliance.
= Raw Tag Team Champions (2018–2020)
=On the May 14 episode of Raw, the duo adopted the new team name "The B-Team" and defeated Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango), their first win as a team since August 2017. On the June 4 episode of Raw, The B-Team won a tag team battle royal to determine the number one contenders for the Raw Tag Team Championships. At Extreme Rules, The B-Team defeated The Deleters of Worlds (Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy) to win the Raw Tag Team Championship. On the July 23 episode of Raw, they successfully retained their title against The Deleters of Worlds. In the following weeks, The B-Team transitioned into faces, adopting a new entrance theme and mannerisms, while also disassociating with The Miz at Summerslam. Also at SummerSlam on August 19, The B-Team successfully retained their title against The Revival (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson). On the September 3 episode of Raw, The B-Team lost the championships to Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, ending their reign at 50 days. The following week on Raw, they received a rematch for the titles, but they were unsuccessful.
At Survivor Series, The B-Team made up part of Team Raw as they took on Team SmackDown in a 10-on-10 Survivor Series tag team elimination match and Team Raw would go on to lose the match. At WrestleMania 35 on April 7, 2019, they competed in the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, again failing to win the match. As part of the Superstar Shake-up, both Dallas and Axel were moved to the SmackDown brand. On the April 30 episode of SmackDown, The B-Team formed a brief alliance with Shane McMahon, thus turning heel once again. On the September 3 episode of SmackDown, Dallas became the WWE 24/7 Champion by pinning Drake Maverick on the backstage area thanks to the help of Axel, only to lose it to Maverick again some minutes later. The B-Team's final televised match was at Crown Jewel on October 31, where they failed to win the tag team turmoil match. On the November 15 episode of SmackDown, Dallas and Axel were attacked by Braun Strowman, this would the team's final appearance in WWE.
In December, Dallas asked WWE for time off, which was granted and he also suffered a neck injury which prevented him from working in the ring. On the February 28, 2020 episode of SmackDown, Axel was defeated by Daniel Bryan, in what would be his final appearance in WWE. The team disbanded on April 30, 2020 as Axel was released from his WWE contract due to budget cuts stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic and Dallas was also released on April 15, 2021, after over a year of absence; but Axel was rehired for a brief period in 2022 while Dallas returned to the company that same year in which he was then repackaged as Uncle Howdy, who then became part of The Wyatt Sicks stable.

"The B. Team" is the fourth episode of the fourth season of the American television satirical sitcom Arrested Development. It is the 57th overall episode of the series, and was written by series creator Mitchell Hurwitz and executive producer Jim Vallely, and directed by executive producer Troy Miller and Hurwitz. It originally released on May 26, 2013 with the rest of the season, and was distributed by Netflix.
The series, narrated by Ron Howard, follows the Bluths, a formerly wealthy, dysfunctional family, who made their money from property development. The Bluth family consists of Michael, his adopted sister Lindsay, his older brother Gob, his younger brother Buster, their mother Lucille and father George Sr., as well as Michael's son George-Michael, and Lindsay and her husband Tobias' daughter Maeby. Each episode of the season follows a different character, with this episode focusing on Michael meeting with real life Ron Howard to discuss making a film about the Bluths.
Plot
Michael (Jason Bateman) starts working at Google, where he receives a company car. He receives a call from Barry Zuckerkorn (Henry Winkler), who informs him that filmmaker Ron Howard (played by himself) is interested in making a film about the Bluth family. Michael drives to the building of Imagine Entertainment, where he runs into Kitty Sanchez (Judy Greer), who works there as Ron's assistant after being hired by Maeby (Alia Shawkat). Michael meets with Ron, who tells him that he saw the Altitude magazine that Michael was in. Ron tells Michael that he wants his daughter, Rebel Alley (Isla Fisher), who Michael thinks is Ron's mistress, to play Michael's wife, Tracey, in the film. Ron tells Michael that he needs to get all of his family members to sign a release so they can be portrayed in the film. Ron tells Michael that he wants to focus on the father-son dynamic in the film, and gives Michael a business card which states him as a co-associate producer of the film.
Michael calls Barry, who informs him that it will be difficult to get George Sr.'s (Seth Rogen) signature, because in 1982, he told him to not have a signature to avoid having to sign any legal documents. Michael then walks into Rebel Alley, who he does not recognise, causing them both to drop their paper. As they pick up their paper, Rebel tells Michael that she is looking for a movie producer, which he informs her that he is. Rebel invites Michael to watch her perform in a Scottish band, and as they part ways, Michael realizes that he never got her name. Michael finds George Sr. (Jeffrey Tambor) having an affair with Lucille Austero (Liza Minnelli), and he asks his father to sign the release form, which George Sr. declines. Kitty takes Michael to his office at Imagine Entertainment, where he asks Carl Weathers (played by himself) if he has the rights to the Bluth family's story. Carl tells Michael he never had the rights to begin with, instead advising Michael to falsify the events of the film.
Michael then asks Warden Stefan Gentles to help with the screenplay, who suggests getting a Philip Seymour Hoffman-type actor to play George Sr., which leads Michael to Andy Richter (played by himself). After being belittled by Conan O'Brien (played by himself), Andy agrees to the film. Michael brings Carl, Stefan and Conan to Ron, who is unimpressed. At the Orange County office of Imagine Entertainment, George Sr. visits Michael. After George Sr. finds out that Michael wants to impress Rebel, George Sr. agrees to sign the release form. Michael tells Ron that he has gotten George Sr.'s signature, but Ron clarifies that he wants to focus on Michael's relationship with George-Michael (Michael Cera). Michael then runs into Rebel, and he tells her over drinks that she could play his wife in the film, and they bond over them both having sons. Michael and Rebel then make out in a photo booth, where he learns from a tattoo on her back that her name is Rebel.
= On the next Arrested Development...
=Michael helps a customer with a hernia who went to the Orange County office of Imagine Entertainment, thinking it was an imaging centre. Conan O’Brien gets Andy Richter’s identical brother, Rocky, to replace him on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien.
Production
"The B. Team" was directed by series creator Mitchell Hurwitz and executive producer Troy Miller, and written by Hurwitz and executive producer Jim Vallely. It was Hurwitz's fourth directing credit and 20th writing credit, Miller's fourth directing credit, and Vallely's 17th writing credit.
The season's format is different compared to previous seasons, as each of the 15 episodes focus on one individual character, with every episode happening at the same time within the show's universe, showing the character's activities since the conclusion of the third season. "The B. Team" was the second episode of the season to be filmed, and the second of two focusing on Michael.
Reception
Eric Goldman of IGN gave the episode a 7.5 out of 10, saying:"Episode 4 of the new season of Arrested Development is the last of the early episodes I felt were notably struggling to recapture that old magic. It’s certainly an improvement over the George Sr. and Lindsay episodes, but still doesn’t completely take off – but it does have some more inspiration behind it and more memorable moments."Goldman cited the "influx of old recurring characters" as the reason for the episode feeling "the most like an older [Arrested Development] of the Season 4 installments up to this point." He also commented on Ron Howard's appearance in the episode, calling it "a bit too self-aware, even for this show." The Guardian's Hadley Freeman called the episode the "most jampacked and in-jokey episode yet." Freeman criticized the lack of "interaction between the family", as well as Michael "becoming less and less likable ... not really in a fun way." Noel Murray and Erik Adams of The A.V. Club gave the episode a "C" grade. Adams commented on how "The sensation that [he] got from “Indian Takers” and “The B. Team” is one of emptiness". Murray called the episodes "a little exhausting". In 2019, Brian Tallerico from Vulture ranked the episode 54th out of the whole series, and praised Isla Fisher's guest appearance."
