Victor Stanley Matson (18 Maret 1895 – 18 Maret 1972) adalah salah satu Pelukis Plein-Air California dan dia aktif dari tahun 1920-an hingga kematiannya. Dia adalah penyelenggara aktif untuk sejumlah organisasi seni California Selatan dan menjabat sebagai Presiden Klub Seni California yang bersejarah dari tahun 1961 hingga 1962. Karyanya dipamerkan secara luas dengan klub seni Southland di era ketika beberapa galeri tertarik pada lanskap Plein-Air dan dia mengadakan pameran tunggal di Balai Kota Los Angeles pada tahun 1964.
