Zhang Qun atau Chang Ch'un (Hanzi: 張羣; 9 Mei, 1889 – 14 Desember, 1990) juga dikenal sebagai Zhang Yuejun (張岳軍), adalah Perdana Menteri Republik Tiongkok (1912–1949) dan seorang anggota terkemuka Kuomintang.
Dia menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal Republik Tiongkok dari tahun 1954 hingga 1972 dan penasihat senior untuk Presiden Chiang Kai-shek, Yen Chia-kan, Chiang Ching-kuo, dan Lee Teng-hui. Di bawah pengaruh istrinya, Ma Yu-ying, ia menjadi seorang Kristen pada tahun 1930-an.
Zhang meninggal pada usia 101 tahun, 219 hari, akibat gagal jantung dan ginjal, di Rumah Sakit Umum Veteran di Taipei, Taiwan pada 14 Desember 1990.
