Abdur Rahman Khan (bahasa Pashtun: عبد رحمان خان) (antara 1830 dan 1844 – 1 Oktober 1901) adalah Emir Afghanistan dari 1880 sampai 1901.
Ia adalah putra ketiga dari Mohammad Afzal Khan, dan cucu dari Dost Mohammad Khan. Abdur Rahman Khan mendirikan lagi gerakan Afghanistan setelah Perang Inggris-Afghanistan Kedua.
