Alur
Di Filipina, seorang teroris membunuh duta besar AS, putranya, dan para siswa-siswi di sebuah sekolah dasar dengan cara meledakkan truk es krim. Dalangnya, seorang teroris Chechen yang bernama Abu Shabal (Jason Cottle), kabur ke kamp pelatihan di Indonesia.
Di Kosta Rika, ada 2 agen intelijen dari CIA yang bernama Walter Ross dan Lisa Morales menyelidiki tentang hubungan antara Christo dan Abu Shabal. Christo adalah seorang penyelundup, bandar narkoba. Keadaan itu membuat Christo menculik Lisa Morales dan membunuh Walter Ross.
Di Coronado, anggota dari Pleton Bandito, Tim 7 SEAL sedang berada di markas. Letnan Rorke dan Chief adalah kepalanya, sedangkan para anggotanya bernama Wiemy, Mikey, Ray, Sonny, and Ajay.
