Agamémnon (bahasa Yunani: Ἀγαμέμνων) adalah salah satu dari raja dan pahlawan dalam mitologi Yunani. Agamémnon juga merupakan judul sebuah drama tragedi. Ia adalah anak raja Atreus dari Mikenai (atau Argos) dan ratu Airope, dan saudara dari Menelaos.
Ayah Agamemnon, Atreus, dibunuh oleh Aigisthos, yang menjadi raja Mikenai dan memerintah dengan ayahnya Thiestes. Agamemnon dan Menelaos berlindung pada Tindareus, raja Sparta. Mereka kemudian menikah dengan anak-anak Tindareus, Klitemnestra dan Helene. Agamemnon dan Klitemnestra memiliki lima anak: empat anak perempuan, Ifigeneia, Elektra, Khrisothemis, dan Ifianissa dan satu anak laki-laki, Orestes.
