Agenda homoseksual (atau agenda gay) adalah sebuah istilah yang digunakan oleh kelompok Kristen sayap kanan (terutama di Amerika Serikat) untuk menyebut gerakan yang mendukung penerimaan dan normalisasi hubungan dan orientasi non-heteroseksual. Istilah tersebut merujuk kepada upaya untuk mengubah kebijakan dan hukum pemerintah terhadap masalah-masalah terkait hak LGBT. Selain itu, istilah ini dipakai oleh kelompok konservatif sosial dan pihak lain untuk mendeskripsikan apa yang mereka anggap sebagai misi para penggiat hak LGBT, seperti "perekrutan heteroseksual" ke dalam "gaya hidup homoseksual".
Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) menganggap istilah ini sebagai "karangan retoris kelompok ekstrem anti-gay untuk menciptakan suasana ketakutan dengan menggambarkan upaya perjuangan hak-hak sipil bagi kaum LGBT sebagai sesuatu yang jahat", dan komentator lain telah mempertanyakan kebenaran dari gagasan agenda gay per se.
