    Dalam mitologi Yunani, Aglaia (bahasa Yunani: Ἀγλαΐα, "megah, cemerlang, yang bersinar") adalah salah satu dari tiga Kharites, dewi keindahan. Dia adalah Kharites termuda. Dua Kharites lainnya adalah Eufrosine dan Thalia. Dia adalah putri dari Zeus dan Eurinome. Suaminya adalah Hefaistos, dewa pandai besi. Dari Hefaistos, Aglaia melahirkan Eukleia ("reputasi baik"), Eufeme ("sorak-sorai"), Euthenia ("kemakmuran") dan Filofrosine ("sambutan").
