Agnatha ("hewan tidak berahang") atau Cyclostomata ("hewan bermulut lingkar") adalah salah satu superkelas dari Craniata (hewan bertengkorak). Walaupun hidup di air, agnatha tidak dapat dikatakan sebagai ikan secara biologi karena tidak berahang, siripnya tidak berpasangan,dan rangka tubuhnya tersusun dari tulang rawan.
Ke dalam agnatha termasuk semua lamprey (Petromyzodonti) dan remang (Myxini).
Struktur Tubuh
Sesuai dengan namanya, Agnatha tidak mempunyai rahang. Mulut berbentuk lingkaran, gigi dari zat tanduk, dan mempunyai lidah. Kulit tidak bersisik, rangka dari tulang rawan dan jantung beruang dua. Hidup di laut dan bernapas dengan insang. Lamprey adalah parasit pada ikan besar, dapat memakan daging inangnya hingga tinggal kulitnya saja. Pencernaan makanan berupa pipa lurus, mempunyai anus, tanpa kloaka.
