Alycia Jasmin Debnam-Carey (lahir 20 Juli 1993) adalah seorang aktris asal Australia. Ia memulai debut filmnya pada tahun 2003 dalam film drama pendek Australia karya Rachel Ward, Martha's New Coat, dan debut film panjangnya dalam film bencana Amerika Serikat, Into the Storm (2014). Dari tahun 2014 hingga 2016, ia memerankan Lexa dalam serial fiksi ilmiah dystopian The 100. Kehidupan awal


Debnam-Carey lahir pada tanggal 20 Juli 1993 di Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Ibunya, Leone Carey, bekerja sebagai penulis acara televisi anak-anak, dan ayahnya adalah seorang musisi. Saat masih anak-anak, Debnam-Carey dan saudara laki-lakinya membantu ibu mereka memerankan segmen program yang ditulisnya. Debnam-Carey mulai berakting pada usia delapan tahun, dan juga mempelajari perkusi klasik selama sepuluh tahun.
Dia bersekolah di Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, tempat dia menjadi pemain perkusi. Pada tahun 2010, bermitra dengan Berlin Philharmonic, Debnam-Carey dan sekitar 40 musisi lainnya menggubah sebuah karya dalam program dua minggu dan menampilkannya di Gedung Opera Sydney. Pada tahun terakhir sekolahnya, dia terdaftar sebagai siswi berprestasi terhormat oleh Pemerintah NSW karena mencapai band teratas dari enam kursus Sertifikat Sekolah Tinggi. Dia menerima Penghargaan Premier karena memperoleh skor 90+ di lebih dari 10 unit, serta nominasi OnStage untuk prestasi dalam drama dan nominasi HSC Encore untuk prestasi dalam musik. Lulus dari Newtown pada tahun 2011, dia hampir menghadiri Konservatorium Musik Sydney, tetapi memutuskan ingin mengejar karier akting.
