  • Ambuyat adalah hidangan yang berasal dari batang bagian dalam pohon sagu. Makanan ini adalah makanan yang terbuat dari tepung hambar, mirip dengan tepung tapioka. Ambuyat adalah hidangan nasional di Brunei, dan menjadi makanan lokal yang terkenal lezat di negara bagian Malaysia, Sarawak dan Sabah dan juga wilayah federal Labuan di mana kadang-kadang dikenal sebagai linut.
