    Aminkhotip I () dari Bahasa Mesir kuno "jmn-ḥtp" atau "yamānuḥātip" yang berarti "Amin" atau Amenophis I, (,), from Bahasa Yunani Kuno Ἀμένωφις, selain itu Raja Zeserkere (transliterasi: Ḏśr-k-R), merupakan Firaun kedua Dinasti kedelapan belas Mesir di Mesir. Pemerintahannya umumnya berasal dari tahun 1526 sampai 1506 SM. Ia adalah putra Ahmose I dan Ahmose-Nefertari, tetapi setidaknya memiliki dua orang kakanda, Ahmose-ankh dan Ahmose Sapair, dan tidak diharapkan untuk mewarisi takhta. Namun, kadang-kadang dalam delapan tahun antara tahun ke-17 bertakhtanya dan kematiannya, pewarisnya meninggal dan Amenhotep menjadi putra mahkota.
