Andorra la Vella adalah ibu kota Andorra. Nama kota ini secara harfiah berarti “Andorra yang Tua”. Bandara Andorra – La Seu d'Urgell terletak 24 kilometer (15 mil) selatan kota dan sejak Juli 2015 mengoperasikan rute domestik ke berbagai bandara di Spanyol. Bandara terdekat yang berlokasi di Spanyol dan Prancis menyediakan akses ke penerbangan internasional dengan bandara terdekat adalah Perpignan (156 km) dan Lleida (160 km). Bandara terdekat terbesar adalah Toulouse (Tolosa), Girona dan Barcelona.
Andorra la Vella tidak memiliki stasiun kereta, meskipun ada layanan antar jemput bus yang menghubungkan kota ke stasiun kereta api di L'Hospitalet-près-l'Andorre (Prancis) dan Lleida di Spanyol. Ada juga bus antar-jemput dari bandara Barcelona, Girona , dan Reus ke Andorra la Vella.
