Antony Hewish FRS (11 Mei 1924 – 13 September 2021) adalah astronom Inggris yang bekerja dengan Martin Ryle menggunakan kesatuan antena Cambridge. Pada 1967, mahasiswinya yang bernama Jocelyn Bell mencatat beberapa sinyal periodik yang berasal dari bagian-bagian langit yang berbeda. Sumber itu akhirnya disebut pulsar dan secara benar, Thomas Gold menetapkan teori bahwa sinyal itu datang dari bintang neutron yang berputar. Hewish menerima Penghargaan Nobel Fisika 1974 dengan Martin Ryle, tetapi Bell tidak menerima penghargaan apapun atas perannya tersebut.
