    Aswang (Asuwang) adalah makhluk mirip vampir dalam mitologi Filipina. Penjajah dari Spanyol menyebutkan bahwa aswang adalah makhluk yang paling ditakuti oleh rakyat Filipina.
    Mitos aswang dikenal di seluruh wilayah Filipina, kecuali di daerah Ilocos. Mitos ini sangat populer di daerah-daerah Visaya barat seperti Capiz, Iloilo dan Antique. Beberapa nama regional untuk aswang adalah "tik-tik", "wak-wak" dan "soc-soc". Aswang kadang-kadang digambarkan sebagai campuran vampir dan penyihir dan hampir selalu berwujud perempuan. Mereka kadang-kadang diceritakan sebagai monster dengan sayap yang mengepak keras.
