Bill Withers (4 Juli 1938 – 30 Maret 2020) adalah seorang penyanyi, penulis lagu Amerika Serikat keturunan Afrika yang terkenal selama periode akhir 1960-an sampai pertengahan tahun 1980-an. Beberapa dari hits-hits musiknya yang terkenal adalah "Ain't No Sunshine," "Use Me," "Lovely Day," "Lean on Me", "Grandma's Hands" dan "Just the Two of Us".
