    Carice Anouk van Houten (pelafalan dalam bahasa Belanda: [kaːˈris ɑˈnuk vɑn ˈɦʌu̯tə(n)]; lahir 5 September 1976) adalah aktris dan penyanyi Belanda. Ia lahir di Leiderdorp dan dibesarkan oleh penyanyi sekaligus produser teater-radio Theodore van Houten. Adiknya, Jelka, juga merupakan seorang aktris. Ia sudah mengenal seni peran sejak dini dan belajar di Maastricht Academy of Dramatic Arts dan Kleinkunstacademie Theaterschool di Amsterdam. Peran utama pertamanya adalah sebagai protagonis dalam film televisi Suzy Q (1999). Atas peran tersebut, ia memenangi Golden Calf for Best Acting in a Television Drama. Dua tahun kemudian, ia kembali memenangi Golden Calf kategori Best Actress untuk film Undercover Kitty (2001).
    Ia dikenal luas atas keterlibatannya dalam film Black Book (2006), film Belanda tersukses sepanjang sejarah.
