Kehidupan Pribadi
Cecilia Cheung menikah dengan aktor Nicholas Tse, dari hubungan tersebut telah melahirkan seorang bayi laki-laki pada 2 Agustus 2007, bernama Lucas Tse, dan anak kedua bernama Quintus Tse. Pada bulan Juni, 2011, pasangan ini mengajukan gugatan cerai.
