    Cesare Borgia (pelafalan dalam bahasa Italia: [ˈtʃɛzare ˈbɔrdʒa]; Valencian: Cèsar Borja, [ˈsɛzər ˈβɔrʒə]; bahasa Spanyol: César Borja, [ˈθesar ˈβorxa]; 13 September 1475 atau April 1476 – 12 Maret 1507), Adipati Valentinois, merupakan seorang condottiero, bangsawan, politisi, dan kardinal Italia. Ia disebut sebagai salah satu inspirasi Niccolo Machiavelli dalam menulis Sang Pangeran.
    Ia merupakan anak tidak sah dari Paus Aleksander VI. Ia juga saudara dari Lucrezia Borgia; Giovanni Borgia (Juan), Adipati Gandia; dan Gioffre Borgia (Jofré dalam bahasa Catalan), Pangeran Squillace. Ia merupakan saudara tiri dari Don Pedro Luis de Borja (1460–88) dan Girolama de Borja, anak dari seorang ibu yang tidak diketahui.
