Karen Christiana Figueres Olsen (lahir 7 Agustus 1956) adalah seorang diplomat Kosta Rika yang memimpin negosiasi-negosiasi kebijakan nasional, internasional dan multilateral. Ia diangkat menjadi Sekretaris Eksekutif Konvensi Kerangka Kerja Perubahan Iklim Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (UNFCCC) pada Juli 2010, enam bulan setelah kegagalan COP15 di Kopenhagen. Pada enam tahun berikutnya, ia bekerja untuk membangun kembali proses negosiasi perubahan iklim global, yang berujung pada Perjanjian Paris 2015, yang banyak dipandang sebagai pengabdian bersejarah.
Sepanjang bertahun-tahun, Figueres bekerja dalam bidang perubahan iklim, pengembangan berkelanjutan, energi, pemakaian lahan, dan kerjasama teknikal dan keuangan. Pada 2016, ia menjadi kandidat Kosta Rika untuk Sekjen PBB dan awalnya menjadi kandidat terdepan, namun memutuskan untuk menarik diri setelah hanya menerima dukungan yang tidak memadai. Ia menjabat pada badan kerjasama infrastruktur dan energi Spanyol Acciona sejak 2017. Ia adalah pendiri kelompok Global Optimism dan pengarang The Future We Choose: Surviving the Climate Crisis (2020), yang dikarang bersama dengan Tom Rivett-Carnac.
