Cimiez (pengucapan bahasa Prancis: [simje]) adalah sebuah kawasan di Nice, selatan Prancis. Kawasan tersebut meliputi Musée Matisse dan reruntuhan Cemenelum, ibu kota provinsi Alpes Maritimae, Romawi kuno di pantai Liguria. Cemenelum adalah rival utama dari Nice, yang masih berdiri sebagai kota terpisah sampai masa invasi Langobardi.
Reruntuhan tersebut meliputi sebuah arena, amfiteater, permandian termal, dan basilika paleo-kristen. Selama beberapa tahun, Festival Jazz Nice diadakan di halaman Reruntuhan Romawi tersebut pada bulan Juli setiap tahun (sejak 2011, festival tersebut dipindah ke Place Masséna). Di dekat reruntuhan tersebut, terdapat Istana Excelsior Régina dimana Ratu Victoria menjalani kunjungan jangka panjangnya di Riviera Prancis.
Selain itu, disana juga dapat ditemukan Biara Cimiez dan gereja yang dipakai oleh para biarawan Fransiskan sejak abad ke-16. Gereja tersebut berisi Pietà, Crucifixion dan Deposition, karya artis abad pertengahan Italia Ludovico Brea. Selain itu, terdapat juga lebih dari 300 dokumen dan karya seni dari abad ke-15 sampai ke-18. Orang-orang yang dikubur di pemakaman di dekat biara tersebut adalah pelukis Henri Matisse dan Raoul Dufy ditambah pemenang Nobel Kesusastraan tahun 1937, Roger Martin du Gard.
