CityRail adalah sebuah divisi operasi dari RailCorp, sebuah perusahaan milik pemerintah negara bagian New South Wales, Australia. Divisi ini bertugas menyediakan jasa kereta api komuter, 'antarkota' dan regional, dan sejumlah jasa kereta gerbong di dan sekitar Sydney, Newcastle dan Wollongong, tiga kota terbesar di New South Wales.
