    Debbie Gibson atau lengkapnya Deborah Ann Gibson (lahir 31 Agustus 1970) adalah seorang penyanyi dan pencipta lagu Amerika Serikat yang pernah menjadi idola remaja pada masanya. Pada usia 17, ia menjadi orang termuda yang menulis, memproduksi, dan menyanyikan lagu nomor 1 Billboard Hot 100 dengan "Foolish Beat". Ia kemudian muncul di sampul berbagai majalah remaja, misalnya Tiger Beat. Setelah pamornya turun ia menjadi artis Broadway dan drama musikal, film, dan televisi. Selain itu ia juga merekam duet dengan Jordan Knight dalam lagu "Say Goodbye".
    Gibson dilahirkan di Brooklyn, New York namun dibesarkan di Long Island. Pada usia 5 tahun ia menulis lagu pertamanya "Make Sure You Know Your Classroom". Pada usia 8 tahun ia bergabung dengan paduan suara anak-anak Metropolitan Opera House. Ia juga belajar ukulele dan piano. Setelah menawarkan lagunya ke berbagai produser rekaman, pada usia 16 ia dikontrak Atlantic Records dan merekam album pertamanya "Out Of The Blue". 4 singlenya mencapai 5 besar Billboard Top 100: "Only in My Dreams", "Shake Your Love", "Out of the Blue", dan "Foolish Beat". Ia juga menjadi terkenal di Inggris, Jepang, dan Asia Tenggara.
    Album keduanya Electric Youth diterbitkan pada Maret 1989 dan bertahan 5 minggu di nomor 1. Singel pertama dari album ini "Lost in Your Eyes" bertahan di nomor 1 Billboard Hot 100 selama 3 minggu. Ia juga menciptakan parfum Electric Youth dan berbagai produk makeup.
